Wylfa selected as site for UK's first Rolls-Royce SMRs

Government announced Wylfa, Anglesey as the host site for the first three Rolls-Royce SMRs, with potential to scale to eight reactors (~3.76 GW). Follows the June 2025 R-R preferred-bidder selection and GBN's March 2024 site acquisition.
