EDF announces Hinkley Point C cost and timeline revision

EDF revised Hinkley Point C cost to £31-34bn (2015 prices) — up from a previous £26bn cap — and pushed first-power scenarios to 2029-2031, citing Covid, Brexit, civil-construction inflation, and labour/material shortages.
