UK formally leaves Euratom

UK exited the European Atomic Energy Community at 23:00 GMT on 31 Jan 2020 alongside EU withdrawal. Ended Euratom safeguards participation, requiring new bilateral nuclear co-operation agreements (US, Canada, Japan, Australia) and a domestic ONR safeguards regime.
